Kata Garden Resort Sha Extra Plus, Kata Beach (Phuket)

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The grounds were pretty, and the tropical gardens were nice, but the service was lacking since we had no running water for 12 hours. The rooms were dated and in need of a serious refurbishment. On the bright side, the pool was refreshing, but overall I wouldn't recommend this place.
